DO YOU TAKE BOOKINGS?

We operate a priority seating system rather than reservations, which means your party will be seated within 15 minutes of the requested time.
We do accept guests on the day on a walk-in basis. This means you will be allocated the next available table for the size of your party from the time that you arrive. Please do bear in mind there might be a waiting time which is difficult to predict.
Please note, we are unable to seat incomplete parties or accommodate anyone at the table who is not ordering a minimum of a main course, however extra people in your party who are only drinking are more than welcome to stay in the bar until you have finished your meal.
You can book online for up to 6 people maximum, although to book tables larger than this you need contact the team on 0207 434 3111.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I AM LATE ON THE DAY?

We allow a 15 minute grace period for reservations so please ensure that you arrive as a complete party and on time for your booking. If you arrive after your booking time, you will be seated at the next available table for your group size.

CAN I PICK WHERE I SIT?

Specific seating areas cannot be booked as tables are allocated on the day unless otherwise arranged with our events department via a private hire. We are happy to note any requests for seating but we cannot guarantee this. Groups of 12+ may be seated at more than one table but these tables will be grouped together as closely as possible.

DO YOU HAVE DISABLED ACCESS?

Please not that our lift is currently out of order.

Our Retail Village is fully accessible to all guests and is found at the entrance to Rainforest Cafe. Please feel free to ask any of our hosts if you require any assistance, they will be happy to help.

The middle floor of Rainforest Cafe is the main dining area and has 25 steps from the Retail Village to the Mushroom Bar. Toilets on this level also have steps to access these facilities.

CAN WE BRING OUR OWN BIRTHDAY CAKE?

Please note that you are unable to bring your own celebration cake, however you may pre-order and pre-purchase a cake which will cater for up to 12 guests. Please contact the team on 020 7434 3111. Alternatively, for smaller parties we can arrange a candle to be placed in the individual dessert selected by the birthday person free of charge.

I HAVE A DISCOUNT VOUCHER PROMOTION TO USE…

To avoid any unnecessary embarrassment, if you are using a voucher or discounted promotion please ensure you have checked its validity and any terms and conditions. Often they are for a maximum party size of 6 and tables cannot be split or booked separately and then seated together.
We do not accept telephone vouchers. To redeem an offer you must have a hard copy printed and completed give them to 'safari guide' at the table. We reserve the right to refuse any voucher based on the above.

IS THERE A SERVICE CHARGE?

For your convenience, a discretionary 12.5% service charge is automatically added to your bill from which we do not make a profit, with the amounts distributed to the staff that make your Rainforest Cafe experience.
Rainforest Cafe is committed to providing an excellent experience for the whole family. If there is anything at all not quite to your liking, please speak to your Safari Guide or ask for the duty manager as we are committed to dealing with our customers tableside so that you leave happy.

DO YOU CATER FOR ALLERGIES?

We do! If you do suffer from a food allergy of any kind, please make us aware in advance of ordering so our Safari Guides or Restaurant Manager can discuss suitable options with you.

DO YOU USE STROBE LIGHTING?

Due to the theme of the restaurant, please be aware that loud noise and strobe lighting is used to simulate storms every 29 minutes. There are also times when low lighting levels are in use.
